Brief Summary:
In early 2017 we were invited by Debenhams to work on an exciting new design project, that would involve a complete overhaul of their existing store format. Departments included: Women’s & Men’s Fashion - Occasion, Formal & Casual, Lingerie, Accessories, Handbags, Shoes, Kidswear, Cookshop & Homeware. We were involved from the early development stages, working closely with Debenhams in-house team to deliver the new concept to their specific requirements. Various prototype fixtures were produced and built in their mock-shop, so merchandising options could be tested. The project required a significant amount of design resource and expertise to take the initial concept ideas all the way through to fully detailed technical design solutions in very a short space of time, ready for high-level approval. We were also awarded the contact to supply all the shop fit going into the new Stevenage store, opening September 2018. The new fixtures were manufactured in both the UK and Far East, ready to meet the installation programme The new concept received extremely positive feedback, with Debenhams Stevenage winning Retail Week Store of the Year in March 2018.
