Brief Summary:
In October 2018, John Lewis opened their 2nd new store of the year in Cheltenham. Following the success of the White City project, we were again awarded a number of tender categories, including: Pay Points, Fashion Rails, Fitting Rooms & Personal Styling, Experience, Furniture Screens & Special VM Features. There was a particular focus on customer experience in the store, with an expanded Personal Styling offer for both men and women. Several new design concepts were developed for the project, processed through to manufacture and then installed over the 6 week site programme, in time for opening.
